The establishment of the Central Distribution Center from August 23 to September 17, 2023, marked a pivotal moment in our journey towards recovery and rebuilding.
Over these transformative five days, our dedicated team, alongside over 500 selfless volunteers, undertook the monumental task of sorting, staging, and distributing vital supplies. We successfully dispatched essentials to 38 hubs and hives across Maui, ensuring that help reached every corner of our beloved island.
The Central Distribution Center became more than just a point of supply; it was a beacon of hope and solidarity. Each package sent out carried with it the message that no one in our community stands alone. This initiative not only provided physical necessities but also offered emotional support, letting our residents know that their well-being and recovery are our top priorities.
